  • We’re thrilled to announce Coach BT (she/her) is returning for the 2026 NY Gridlock season!
With over two decades in the sport and 7 years of coaching experience at the college, international, and pro levels, BT brings consistency, perspective, and a deep commitment to growing the game, on and off the field.

    Coach BT:
“I’ve been playing ultimate for 21 years (mostly in VA/DC) and coaching at the college, international, and pro levels for the last 7. I’ve served multiple local organizing boards in efforts to increase and improve participation, especially for women and players of color. At home in Richmond, VA I spend time caring for pets, exercising, and watching a lot of basketball, tennis, and ultimate.”

What she’s most looking forward to this season:
“The excitement of taking the field for that first game and a full season of opportunity ahead. I’m also looking forward to multiple years coaching some of our players and to see them keep growing and excelling in the sport.”
