Both roles are key to strengthening our impact, expanding our reach, and creating unforgettable experiences for our fans and community.


Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Fundraising General Manager

The NYGL Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Fundraising General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the financial growth and community engagement of our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, securing, and executing sponsorships and partnerships, organizing fundraising events, and fostering relationships with sponsors and partners. NYGL is seeking a sports enthusiast with a strong background in sales and event planning; a person who is team-oriented, collaborative, and culturally aligned with the NYGL team's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners

  • Organize and execute fundraising events

  • Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns

  • Play an active role in the execution of home games and watch parties

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a sports enthusiast with sales and event planning experience who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re passionate about building relationships, creating opportunities, and working for a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaking

  • Knowledge of Premier Ultimate League (PUL) rules and regulations

  • Experience in sports management

Compensation: Commission-based


Events General Manager

The NYGL Events General Manager will oversee the planning and execution of all home games, watch parties, and other events. This person will ensure that every aspect of game-day operations runs smoothly and will provide an exceptional experience for fans. The Events GM will also manage relationships with production companies and oversee the sourcing and management of volunteers. NYGL is seeking a person who is team-oriented, collaborative, and culturally aligned with the NYGL team's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize NYGL home games

  • Lead fan and community engagement initiatives

  • Source and manage volunteers

  • Coordinate with production partners

  • Execute watch parties and other events

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player who enjoys event planning, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings creativity to enhancing the fan experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaking

  • Knowledge of PUL rules and regulations

  • Experience in sports management

Compensation: $750 (March–June); approx. 10 hours/week
